An award-winning advisor with Engel & Völkers Chicago, Wade Marshall has always had an eye for reimagining spaces and recognizing a property’s full potential. “As a child growing up in a minister of music’s home, I spent a lot of time in church,” he recalls. “I remember using the church bulletin at an early age to draw floorplans.”
That early curiosity for design and form became the foundation for a career built on creativity, objectivity and client-centered insight. “My role is to see properties through my clients’ eyes,” Marshall says. “I help expand their thinking while staying focused on solutions that serve their goals.”
Marshall specializes in the luxury market, assisting buyers, sellers and investors across the city’s premier neighborhoods of the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Chicago’s North Shore suburban areas. For him, real estate is about building lasting relationships. His client base includes executives and creatives in the interior design, architecture and art-related industries who value his discerning perspective.
Marshall leverages his 20+ years of experience in the industry and the global resources of Engel & Völkers to provide his clients with connections to superior opportunities both locally and abroad. His sales doubled in 2024, an achievement that did not go unnoticed. He earned the 2024 Diamond Award with Engel & Völkers Americas and received the brokerage’s 2024 Pillar Award for Culture of Leadership. He also received the 2024 CAR Top Producer Award. By mid-2025, he has already met last year’s sales.
Marshall’s popular reels and videos spotlight his passions for design, travel, cooking and entertaining. Beyond real estate, he supports the Special Olympics. He is also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and leads the annual efforts for his company’s Pride Leadership Summit.
